As a valued community partner, we invite you to participate in our Annual Debra Frazier Foundation 4 Hope Sickle Cell Walk.This event takes place at Sunnyside Park, located at 8255 Summit St, Kansas City,MO 64114 on Sep 16, 2023 at 9 AM. 

 

People from all over Kansas City’s metropolitan area join us for this annual event to raise awareness about Sickle Cell, and to support the efforts of the Debra Frazier Foundation 4 Hope.

 

About the Debra Frazier Foundation

 

Our mission is to improve the quality of health, life and services for individuals, families and communities affected by Sickle Cell Disease & Trait, while raising awareness and promoting the search for a cure for everyone around the world with Sickle Cell Disease & Trait. Through spiritual support, love, compassion and education we will “Break the Sickle Cycle” to ensure that no family is left to suffer the effects of Sickle Cell Disease & Trait alone.

 

For years, Sickle cell patients have been putting their lives on hold waiting for their next crisis. DFF4H teaches the sickle cell community how to live a healthier, well balanced life; while being prepared for a crisis. DFF4H continues to educate the Caregivers, Families and Community and build awareness of this crippling disease.

 

Through this event, you will have access to several hundred people who participate each year in this event. As a vendor, you will be given a prime location to provide either information to the community or to conduct retail sales. 

 

All vendors are asked to donate one item for a raffle to assist in raising funds for DFF4H. All vendors must provide their own table and chairs. If you are an informational vendor, the vendor fee is $25.00 If you are a retail vendor, the vendor fee is $50.00, and if you are a food truck vendor fee is $100.00
